Finalists on NBC's hit show, "The Sing-Off," [appearing as the Voices of Lee] this talented group of vocalists has launched to New Beginnings. Taking a new, fresh approach on a cappella, Voice Avenue is bringing its positive message of faith, hope, and love to audiences everywhere. By fusing today's popular music and beloved classics with their eclectic musical roots, these young men and women are comfortable on nearly any platform imaginable.
Hailing from all over the United States, Miami to Detroit, Atlanta to Washington, D.C., these voices were brought together by world renowned church musician and a cappella guru Danny Murray, as members of Lee University's premiere vocal ensemble, the Voices of Lee. Their years spent with the collegiate group took them around the world, and afforded them opportunities to appear on many coveted stages, including appearances at the White House and on gospel icon, Bill Gaither's, video series.
Reunited to represent the wonderful legacy of the Voices of Lee on NBC's "The Sing-Off," these "Voices" alums quickly realized they had found something special. Thrust into the national spotlight for the first time, they were immediately set apart by their dedication to excellence and their positive message. Their spirit was infectious. With a unique blend of cultural backgrounds, youth and energy, and exceptional chemistry, the result was perfect harmony.
